After updating Reaper to the latest version and restarting the KPA and Rig Manager I tried to set the same arrangement up and the only audio output option for the generic low latency ASIO was now the laptop speakers (Realtek) and no option to use the generic low latency ASIO to run audio to the KPA via USB.
